We are a family run business providing Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Bathroom services throughout the Mar Menor, Costa Calida area of Spain.

Dave, the CEO and Head Engineer, previously ran a very successful plumbing and heating business in the UK for over 13 years. In 2020, Dave and his young family decided to relocate to Murcia, Spain. Once moved, he decided to bring his 16 years of knowledge and expertise to the British ex-pat community, and other nationalities including the Spanish.

Not only do we offer air conditioning and heating services, we also provide plumbing services, including gas and electric boilers and full bathroom renovations.
